I saw these guys twice this weekend. Once acoustic at Cheatham Street for the Fundraiser and then that night at Billy's Icehouse in New Braunfels full band. All I can say is they floor me every time I see them. Stewart's voice is freakin amazing and so are their songs. The acoustic shows are cool cause you get to really hear how heartfelt the lyrics are, but the full band show sets them apart from everyone. Part Allman Brothers, part Rolling Stones, mixed in with a little Otis Redding. Ole Hank Moon said it best when he said Stewart's a combination of John Fogerty, Al Green, and Joe Cocker. I couldnt agree more. These guys are a force to be reckoned with. Wait til the new stuff gets recorded, everyone that hasnt been to a show to hear the material will be blown away. I literally moved to Texas after hearing them in Colorado 8 months ago. I love it here!!!

I saw Stewart at Bigfest this weekend also and as I told El P after hearing him "I'm Stewart Manns newest fan" The man has an awesome set of pipes!
Stewart gave me a copy of his latest CD for RFT, so you should be able to request it here soon. _________________ I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.

I agree about the best voice - there are 3 that I have felt have the strongest voices that not alot of people listen to - Stewart Mann, Zack Walther and Scott Wiggins... _________________ MP3 Texas Country Downloads - www.ourtracks.com

but you should also know that he's one of the nicest guys out there.
After meeting him at Bigfest I would agree with that statement.

After listening to his new CD I would have to add a little Van Morison to the mix ( Not the voice so much as style). _________________ I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.
