About 20 years ago when I was always struggling in life to be happy, a very wise lady shared some advice with me. Quit making bad life choices and learn to be grateful! She said I could start by every day when I turned on the hot water to take a shower, pause and think about the percentage of the worlds population that don't even have clean water to drink. Many things have changed in me since I started that one single step. The most important is, I never have a list going of what will make me happier and every day I thank God for all the blessings in my life. The biggest blessing is the circle of people that have loved and cared for me. If you are struggling to find happiness start with finding gratitude in your heart.
